What we collect
We collect the business-contact details you provide: first name, email, company or firm name, business phone, industry, guide edition, contact authorization, and limited campaign attribution. Please do not enter confidential client, employee, patient, matter, case, credential, or proprietary information.
How we use it
We use these details to save your guide request, provide the download, and separately process guide delivery by email. If you authorize contact, Elite Nexus AI may contact you by email or a manual phone call about your request and related AI business services. This does not authorize automated calls or text messages, and you may withdraw permission at any time.
Where processing happens
Web delivery, security, and mail processing can involve Cloudflare and mail providers. Guide-request and authorized-contact processing may also involve a local Mautic system. A local client-AI deployment does not mean all marketing-page or email metadata is processed on premises.
Retention and choices
Hosted raw-contact cleanup targets 30 days and runs with service activity; an idle service can delay cleanup. Local Mautic has separate retention controls. Minimal identity, consent, and suppression records may remain to honor your choices. Contact Elite Nexus AI through the main contact page to withdraw authorization or ask about your data.
